Participatory Learning Lab Feedback Coordinator Internship
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:The museum’s innovative new participatory public space, Q?rius, opens December 12, 2013. It’s a learning lab, aimed at creating new kinds of experiences for visitors, especially teens. It is a new kind of space for the museum - very interactive, and full of volunteers, technology and collections objects. In many ways it is a huge learning experiment. So, it is very important for us to establish an excellent system to collect, analyze and act on feedback and insights from the many staff and volunteers who will be running the space. The goals of this project are to improve the existing digital and analog feedback systems and create new methods of getting information that will lead to the improvement of various interactive experiences.
