An Opportunity to Grow
Established in 1972, the Smithsonian Gardens (SG) have engaged and informed the public about the natural worlds. Since its opening, SG has offered many programs for early professionals to get involved in nature. These include, graduate and undergraduate internships were students can gain skills towards horticultural endeavors from professional staff.
An opportunity to intern is available at SG the summer of 2018 for 10 to 16 weeks. The Garden Club of America offers a stipend up to $4000 for successful applicants.
Applications for summer 2018 are due Friday 2/1/18.
