Gesner’s Rhinoceros from Historia Animalium, the first comprehnsive zoological study.

Rachel Fletcher spent six weeks this past summer interning with the Smithsonian Institution Libraries (SIL) Education and Outreach Office. During her internship she searched through databases to find pictures to coincide with school curriculum for the I See Wonder project. She focused on images that could be used in classrooms ranging from 3rd grade to high school.
