Sharon Wolff was an Intern at the Smithsonian Institution Libraries (SIL) during the months of December 2015 and January 2016. Sharon came to the Smithsonian as a Graduate student in the Masters of Science in Information Systems (MSIS) at the State University of New York (SUNY).

During her internship, Sharon learned about cataloguing art and art files for the new Al-Mutanabbi Street Starts Here exhibit, which opened in January 2016 . However, soon after she arrived in Washington she was taken on a trip to George Mason University with Anne Evenhaugen. This adventure turned into a learning opportunity that enabled Sharon to create her first Artist book, and experience hands on practice of creating museum exhibits and much more.
