Anne Pedersen is a graduate student at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark pursuing a degree in modern culture and communication.

This past summer she interned with the Smithsonian Center for Folklife and Cultural Heritage where she worked on an online interactive story map featuring endangered languages around the world in association with the Folklife Festival program One World, Many Voices: Endangered Languages and Cultural Heritage.

Anne recently posted an article about her experience and continuing research relating to endangered languages on the Smithsonian Folklife Festival blog, which you can read here.
