Vanessa Diaz is a journalist, filmmaker, and Ph.D. candidate in cultural anthropology from the University of Michigan who is currently doing a fellowship at the Smithsonian National Museum of American History (NMAH). Her research focuses on celebrity and marketing fame.

Vanessa recently had a piece published in People Magazine about a donation “All My Children” star Susan Lucci recently made to the NMAH Collection.
